You will handle incoming phone calls from facility providers and members, ensuring a high level of customer service and productivity. Types of inquiries include asking medical service type, requesting medical records, working inbound emails and faxes. As the front line for IMG and our expanding international clientele, you must present yourself professionally on the phone and through email.
