Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling through high-quality print materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and product packaging. You will be responsible for designing visually engaging print assets that align with our brands voice and speak to diverse audiences across B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, proficient in industry-standard design tools, and confident working on projects from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design print-ready layouts for a range of materials including brochures, posters, signage, flyers, and packaging.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective designs.

  • Develop compelling visual concepts that support brand identity and meet commercial goals.

  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.

  • Prepare and deliver final production files for printers, ensuring color accuracy, bleed, trim, and resolution specifications are met.

  • Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in print design, typography, and materials.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print design work.

  • Solid understanding of print production processes, file formats, color models (CMYK vs. RGB), and layout principles.

  • Excellent attention to detail, layout composition, and typography.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design choices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in print design, preferably within an agency, publishing, or in-house marketing team.

  • Experience designing for different print formats including packaging, promotional material, and corporate collateral.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible work arrangements available).

  • Occasional collaboration meetings may occur outside core hours based on project urgency or client timezone.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of typography, layout design, and print production.

  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.

  • Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly printing techniques is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of brand strategy and marketing fundamentals.

  • Time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
