Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a meticulous and proactive Processing Operator to support our growing operations team during the US shift. This remote position is ideal for individuals with strong data handling skills and a passion for process accuracy and efficiency. As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for processing large volumes of data, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and maintaining a consistent workflow in alignment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and verify incoming data and transaction records using company systems.

  • Maintain operational logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor or team lead.

  • Monitor workflow queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and volume.

  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to resolve processing issues and implement improvements.

  • Escalate anomalies or process gaps to the appropriate team for timely resolution.

  • Stay up to date with internal SOPs and system updates.

  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Strong typing and data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other cloud-based platforms.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote operations.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data processing, operations support, or back-office roles.

  • Previous experience working in US-based shifts or with international teams is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time (Remote)

  • US Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak periods.
