After a year, you'll be operating autonomously making most prioritization calls independently and shaping where Core goes next.</p><p><strong>Your mission</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the backlog end-to-end. Discovery, story writing, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery oversight. Maintain a groomed backlog at least two sprints deep at all times, with clear acceptance criteria on every story before it enters a sprint.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Write stories engineers and QA can act on. Clear scope, unambiguous acceptance criteria, no surprises mid-sprint.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with design on lobby and menu UI. Push back when something isn't right.
