We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our Packing Plant Production Department — a role for someone who thrives on challenges, leads with purpose, and is passionate about continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to maximize efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Lead and develop the production team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor process conditions, troubleshoot quality issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Enforce WI, SOP, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety & Health regulations.
  • Optimize workforce, materials, and utilities in packing operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient factory environment.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Drive product quality and food safety improvement initiatives.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes and reduce costs.
  • Support audits and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Promote safety awareness through plant surveillance and training.
  • Mentor and train team members to maximize their potential.
  • Contribute to projects such as workforce planning, budgeting, new product launches, and equipment upgrades.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, effective communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in manufacturing environments.
