The role is focused on overall account management including responsibility for all activities and resources on specific named Enterprise Services accounts. The PM is responsible for managing the Enterprise Services Project Manager(s), Project Engineer(s) and Project Coordinator(s); providing operational oversight between the Engineering and Sales teams during project planning, technology staging, installation and closure; facilitating the sale of Professional Services by properly managing client expectations; providing direction to the organization on continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and quality of service; and holding the organization accountable to agree upon processes.
