Program Manager II, Books Publisher Experience

<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon Advantage is a consignment program that enables publishers, authors, musicians, filmmakers, studios, and other media content creators to list their physical products on Amazon and reach millions of customers globally. As a Program Manager for Vendor Success, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the satisfaction and support experience for the selling partners in our Advantage program.<br><br>We're seeking an experienced Program Manager II to drive improvements to the vendor experience within Amazon's Advantage program through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and direct partner engagement. The position combines analytical capabilities with program management to monitor vendor health metrics, identify systemic pain points across the vendor lifecycle and translate findings into process improvements and product enhancements. Success in this role requires close partnership with supply chain, operations, Selling Partner Support, product, and vendor operations teams to deliver measurable improvements to the Advantage seller experience.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Develop and maintain dashboards to regularly monitor key metrics around vendor onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with the Advantage program</li><li> Analyze data across vendor support requests, vendor performance and operations data as well as anecdotes to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the vendor experience, working cross-functionally with teams in supply chain, operations, customer support and product.</li><li> Facilitate feedback sessions with Advantage selling partners to deeply understand their challenges and needs</li><li> Partner with the Advantage product and vendor operations teams to implement process improvements and new features to address vendor pain points</li><li> Create training and enablement resources to empower Advantage sellers to effectively manage their businesses on the Amazon platform as well as receive effective support.</li><li> Provide regular updates and recommendations to Books leadership on the state of vendor satisfaction and progress on enhancing the program<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 3+ years of program or project management experience</li><li> 2+ years of driving process improvements experience</li><li> Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li> Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL</li><li> Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience</li><li> Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization</li><li> Experience building processes, project management, and schedules</li><li> Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
