This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, particularly during peak program periods, while maintaining a high-quality fellow experience.</span></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What will you be engaged in day-to-day?</b><ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Execute fellow communications across channels (newsletters, announcements, Slack), ensuring timely and accurate updates</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Coordinate webinar and event logistics, supporting seamless planning and delivery</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage shared inbox workflows and ensure timely response coordination</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support coach matching logistics and ongoing program coordination, maintaining accuracy and consistency</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Execute and manage program and event surveys end-to-end, including deployment, tracking, and reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Maintain and support reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Provide Salesforce support, including data entry, cleanup, and ad hoc data requests</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Deliver post-event analysis and insights to inform continuous improvement</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support execution of key programs, including MBA Seminars, Summer Seminar, and Fall Seminar</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage registration workflows, approvals, and participant tracking with a high degree of accuracy</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Provide onsite or real-time event support as needed to ensure successful delivery</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure operational readiness to manage increased volume during peak periods (May–September), contributing to a seamless and high-quality participant experience</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What qualifications would help you succeed in this role?</b><ul> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's degree required.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">2–5 years of experience in program operations, program coordination, event management, project coordination, nonprofit operations, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events, webinars, trainings, or conferences.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Strong written communication skills with experience drafting and distributing communications to participants, stakeholders, or customers.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400;">Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or data management platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;
