What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the team in planning, organizing, and executing events and projects
  • Assist with schedules, checklists, documents, reports, and event records
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare simple agendas, and take meeting notes when needed
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and external partners
  • Support the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and event materials
  • Make sure everything stays organized and aligned with company processes and guidelines
  • Jump in to support ad-hoc tasks whenever needed
