You will lead complex workstreams, develop and manage implementation roadmaps, and drive execution through rigorous program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.<br><br>You will also coach and develop teams of consultants and client stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops and governance forums, and apply structured problem-solving to support effective decision-making and delivery. In addition, you will establish PMO and performance management mechanisms to track progress, manage risks, and ensure value capture. We bring together experienced professionals from industry, private equity, restructuring, and professional services with McKinsey’s global network of industry and functional experts to deliver large-scale transformations around the world.<br><br><strong>Your Qualifications and Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred</li><li>8+ years of consulting, transformation delivery, project management, or operational implementation experience</li><li>Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, PMOs, and cross-functional workstreams in consulting or complex operational environments</li><li>Proven ability to lead consultants and client teams through implementation and change initiatives while managing senior stakeholder relationships</li><li>Strong project and program management, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills, including workshops and governance meetings</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday–Thursday)</li></ul>
