Project Manager - Manager

Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. With over €2 billion in assets under management, we operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* brand) and Verbier Exclusive (our Palace brand). Our guests can discover our properties in more than 20 exceptional destinations across Europe and North America.

As Eterniti grows, we acquire companies that share our passion for premium vacation rentals across Europe and North America. Each new acquisition, our jewels, brings its own processes and ways of working, and our job is to integrate them into our tech stack and operational ecosystem, ensuring a seamless transition while preserving what makes each brand unique.

We're looking for a Jr Project Manager to join our Tech & Integrations department. This is a hands-on, operational role: you'll be the day-to-day backbone of the department, supporting both the Project Managers in ensuring smooth delivery across our portfolio of companies.

You'll be assigned to specific companies as their dedicated backup and daily point of contact for the tech stack migration , handling the operational work that keeps integrations and tech projects moving forward.

If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-Day Jewel Support (Primary Responsibility)
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for your assigned companies — handling incoming requests, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication
  • Support the planning and execution of tech and integration projects across your assigned company by triaging tech requests and integration tasks — categorizing, prioritizing, and escalating when needed
  • Follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Manage smaller tasks and requests independently, escalating complex or strategic decisions to the department lead or the companies integration owner.
  • Assist with website updates, in-house tool improvements (Guest Online Check-in, Owner's App), and process automation projects
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Conduct thorough QA testing for your assigned companies — you are the backup for a project and the person responsible for testing that project
  • Test new features, integrations, and deployments before they go live, documenting issues and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Provide valuable feedback and innovative ideas for ongoing enhancements, helping elevate our technological projects
Specifications & Documentation
  • Contribute to writing and maintaining detailed specifications for development work, supporting the Lead and Department Lead in preparing work for developers
  • Document processes, workflows, and decisions — ensuring institutional knowledge is captured in systems, not just in people's heads
  • Help maintain and organize project management tools (Notion cards, project boards, tracking systems)

ABOUT YOU: The must-have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management, project coordination, tech support, or a similar operational role, OR a completed internship in a relevant field with strong performance

  • Strong organizational skills : you'll be juggling multiple stakeholders, requests, and follow-ups simultaneously. Nothing can fall through the cracks
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous : especially for QA testing and documentation.

    You catch what others miss

  • Clear written communication : you'll be writing specs, documenting processes, and communicating with stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Proactive and self-driven : you don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen
  • Comfortable with tech tools : experience with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar), CRM systems, and basic understanding of how web platforms work
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the hospitality, vacation rental, or property management industry
  • Experience with QA testing : manual testing of web platforms, apps, or integrations
  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment where adaptability and wearing multiple hats is the norm
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, or similar CRM/project management platforms
