Position Overview: This position will work in a QA team that involves manual testing on products that integrate hardware, firmware, software, and 3rd party products at a system level. The primary focus is on hardware, firmware, integration, and firmware/software automation. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment using the Agile methodology. Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create and maintain Test Cases. Plan and execute feature, regression, and manual test suites of core system components including APIs, hardware, and firmware products. Debug, highlight and find solutions for complex problems. Ensure that all failures and issues are verified or dispositioned before the next build. Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and maintain high-quality standards. Execute/Modify automated test scripts using programming languages, such as Python or C#. Be able to develop and support in-house tools or scripts to increase QA efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 2+ years of experience in Python and/or C#. 1+ years\' experience working in QA or Engineering department. (Will consider new graduates). 1+ years of experience testing consumer or commercial electronics driven by software applications and/or firmware. Working knowledge of embedded systems. Basic understanding of IP technology and network troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate. Desired Experience: Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming principles. Experience with GitHub and Atlassian tools. Salary Range: $70,000 to $72,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
