Ensure on-time departure and arrival of flights by following established procedures and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent American Airlines in a positive manner. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft. Communicate effectively and efficiently with other team members, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew. Operate ground service equipment and vehicles in a responsible and safe manner. Keep accurate records of baggage and cargo handling and report any discrepancies or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including baggage carts and equipment. Continuously monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
