HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Miami and surrounding areas.
Job Type:
  • Full-time / Part-time.
  • Commission-based.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
  • Work with local, national, and international clients.
  • Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
  • Market and list residential properties, including luxury and waterfront homes.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications:
  • Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with luxury or international clients (preferred, not required).

Compensation:
  • Up to 90% commission split.
  • No commission cap.
  • No franchise fees.
