Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a dynamic real estate office. This is a front-line position where you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and clients receive excellent service. You will handle administrative duties, manage appointments, and provide a positive first impression to all clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages

  • Manage the appointment schedule for agents and brokers using digital calendar systems

  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and professional

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry for real estate listings

  • Coordinate courier deliveries and handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Support the sales and leasing teams with administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain visitor records and follow office security and confidentiality protocols

  • Ensure that all client interactions meet high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or hospitality is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Polite, professional phone and in-person etiquette

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is desirable

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role

  • Experience in a real estate, property management, or sales environment will be an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Sunday off (or as per company schedule)
