This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience while supporting the recruitment of top talent across clinical, operational, administrative, and technical roles.</p><p>The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in helping Orgenesis build high-performing teams that support its mission of advancing cell and gene therapy solutions through its global POCare™ platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and highly skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><hr><h1>Essential Responsibilities</h1><h2>Candidate Coordination & Scheduling</h2><ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.</li><li>Manage interview calendars and ensure smooth scheduling across multiple time zones.</li><li>Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.</li><li>Reschedule interviews as needed and manage calendar conflicts.</li><li>Ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the hiring process.</li></ul><hr><h2>Applicant Tracking & Data Management</h2><ul><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Update candidate statuses, interview feedback, and hiring pipeline stages.</li><li>Ensure all recruitment data is current, accurate, and properly documented.</li><li>Track recruitment
