This includes direct ownership of site performance as well as day-to-day coordination and support of Specialists to ensure efficient network operations.</p> <p> </p> <p>The role drives site performance by maximizing charger availability, throughput, and customer experience, while minimizing operational costs through effective vendor management, technician utilization, and strong service provider accountability. The position supports site-level financial performance by leveraging data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration to make timely and effective operational decisions.
