The Account Executive will develop relationships with existing customers and attract new enterprises, managing the full sales cycle and driving growth in the enterprise market. Responsibilities Build upon the growth & adoption of Incode’s clients in the enterprise market Handle the full sales cycle from prospect to close Forecast and build consistent pipeline to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales quotas Manage, develop, and maintain client relationships and trusted partnerships that will optimize profitability, revenue, and client satisfaction Cultivate and grow relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, competitor offerings and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions Lead and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Product) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles Travel to industry events and conferences Manage Salesforce data daily with meeting notes, accurate sales funnel update, etc Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction Stay up-to-date with your customer’s industry and business to understand the customer’s environment and challenges, both present and future, and use the information to develop opportunities and value to the customer Skills 5+ years of outstanding results selling SaaS/AI Solutions to customers where typical contract size ranges from $500K - $3M /year Previous identity experience is ideal for quick ramp, but broader SaaS experience with strategic enterprise sales experience in other relevant sectors such as Security, Cyber and Fraud are a plus Experience working with large customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach Prior experience in a startup technology company Experience selling to our target sectors such as Financial Services, FinTechs, Banks, Gaming & Gambling or other Digitally Native Businesses such as Gig Economy, Sharing, Social Media or Digital Mobility are desired Up-to-date on digital and enterprise technology trends and regulatory changes Outstanding CRM software experience (eg.
