[Remote] AI Project Consultant

Morae is seeking an experienced AI Project Consultant to support the development and execution of AI initiatives across multiple client engagements. The role involves project management, AI consulting, stakeholder engagement, and creating compelling presentations for executive-level communication. Responsibilities Assess business opportunities for AI adoption and process automation Develop AI use cases, implementation roadmaps, and business cases Manage AI projects from discovery through deployment Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Create high-quality client-facing presentations, proposals, and strategy decks Develop AI adoption frameworks, maturity assessments, and business case presentations Translate technical concepts into clear executive-level messaging Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership teams Support workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings Stay current on emerging AI, Generative AI, and automation trends Advise clients on AI capabilities, opportunities, risks, and governance considerations Assist with solution evaluation and vendor assessments Contribute to thought leadership and AI transformation initiatives Skills 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and business applications Proven experience creating executive presentations, board-level decks, and client deliverables Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or equivalent presentation tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management and facilitation experience Ability to work independently in a remote environment Management consulting experience Experience delivering AI strategy or digital transformation projects PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI platforms Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and enterprise technology environments Benefits Remote opportunity. 20 hours per week. 4–6-month contract.
