The Clinical Sales & Application Specialist will support the sales team by demonstrating solutions, optimizing product utilization, and fostering positive customer relationships while managing various responsibilities related to software business sales. Responsibilities Provide support throughout the sales process for new and expansion opportunities Prepares and performs company, product and/or industry related presentations for all Software Business solutions Perform consultative workflow assessments to provide recommendations for placement, best use, and value benefits of our solutions Assist with on-time projects and mitigation of risks Responsible for the development and education of best use practices with our products Maximize customer utilization of all Software Business solutions and applications Perform discovery to identify and develop expansion opportunities for our solutions and services Drive software and hardware upgrades Perform analysis of customer operations and data, to support recommendations to customers Assists in field research of market trends and collection and dissemination of competitive information internally to appropriate departments Participates in both local, national or international vendor trade shows as required Assists in the development and performance of sales training events and materials as directed by Software Business leader and Global Sales department including internal training and external training for customers Responsible to procure, schedule, and conduct customer meetings pertaining to customer wellness and sales Responsible to manage territory customers, develop customer advocates and reference sites Assist contracts team with clinical oversight as needed, and assist with Software Business solutions RFP’s and IT Security Questionnaires Other Duties pertinent to software business sales as assigned Skills Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) required Bachelor's Degree Preferred 3-5 years experience in the clinical environment (e.g. Blood Bank, Transfusion Services Management, TSO, Trauma, OR) is strongly preferred 3-5 years experience with clinical software (e.g. BBIS) is highly regarded MLS, MT, CLS, SBB, RN License strongly preferred but not required Benefits Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation Employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms Employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role A 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period An employee stock purchase plan “flexible time off” for salaried employees For hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure) Accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time Paid and/or floating holidays Parental leave Short- and long-term disability insurance Tuition reimbursement Health and welfare benefits Company Overview Haemonetics is a global medical technology company that provides Blood Management and Interventional Technologies.
