[Remote] Commercial Loss Project Manager

The Commercial Large Loss Project Manager oversees commercial assignments and ensures effective communication with franchise teams and clients while enforcing guidelines and reputed company.


Responsibilities

  • Communicates Job File Requirements to Franchise Production Teams
  • Documentation of job reputed company, including: Labor and subcontract reputed company
  • File Review to accurately reflect job reputed company
  • Time and Material software to provide real-time and accurate information
  • Responsible for completing Weekly Job Status reports with overview of every project that is assigned
  • Maintains a Weekly Call and Updated Written Report with the FCM for each region that is assigned
  • Monitors, reviews, and verifies scope and estimates for operational and pricing agreement compliance
  • Works in conjunction with the National Accounts Sales division to reputed company and confirm that contract agreements are being followed
  • Ensures that reputed company is reputed company by the Production Team of job reputed company and any reserve variance
  • Weekly job status reports filed to Commercial Loss Director and support staff on National Accounts Projects
  • Provides constructive critique of estimates and invoices to Franchise Production Teams
  • Advises Franchise Production Teams on best practices, processes, and equipment options
  • Assists in settling job site issues and/or concerns and general project reputed company
  • Works with the Franchise Production Teams and the Commercial Loss Division to qualify and maintain National Subcontractors
  • Secures and review completed Job File Documentation from the Franchise Production Teams and assist Producing Franchise in collections as needed
  • Actively and consistently supports reputed company efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise and customer experience
  • Provides consulting services for Carriers
  • Ability to travel to job sites for Occasional Site Inspections as necessary or at the request of the commercial loss director
  • Completes and submits Expense Reports immediately after incurred
  • Travels to Storm Sites as assigned by the Director to assist in securing projects

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property claim adjusting and/or restoration, reconstruction experience including commercial and large loss
  • Proficient with the reputed company Office Suite Applications, including reputed company, MS-reputed company, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to present information to other individuals and groups
  • Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) and Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certifications required or the ability to obtain reputed company first year of employment
  • Xactimate experience is a plus
  • Certificates or certifications earned in specific business functions or practices, customer-focused processes, or software applications a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and relevant work-reputed company experience
