They are seeking a versatile Creative Strategist to collaborate closely with the Revenue team, providing creative direction and strategy to improve client campaign KPIs and deliver exceptional service tailored to each client's unique needs. Responsibilities Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs Develop and optimize workflows and templates to eliminate manual repetitive effort Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients Direct the use of Generative AI tools, acting as the 'human-in-the-loop' to audit and refine machine outputs for brand integrity Managing the creative request lifecycle, from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on spec Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance Design modular creative frameworks that allow for programmatic scaling of ad variations across diverse channels Skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction Proven creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling concepts Demonstrated strategic planning and prioritization skills, focusing on high-leverage work to drive client KPIs Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc Exceptional client relationship and communication skills when presenting strategic recommendations and managing feedback Familiarity with directing Generative AI models and critique/redirection of machine-generated creative work Graphic design experience is a bonus; please provide work samples if you have them Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in programmatic, HTML, CSS, or Javascript, and/or fluency in French Benefits Highly competitive salary Retirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globally Competitive Paid time off packages including birthday's off!
