Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing global team. As an entry-level team member, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of our services and products. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience by assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them feel confident using our platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with new customers via email, chat, and scheduled video calls.

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup.

  • Deliver clear instructions and documentation on how to use our products or services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Tech) to resolve any onboarding-related issues.

  • Track onboarding milestones and follow up with customers to ensure progress.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.

  • Collect customer feedback to identify common pain points and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular onboarding reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, helpful demeanor.

  • Proficiency in using email, video conferencing tools, and basic CRM systems.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple onboarding requests simultaneously.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required. Freshers are welcome.

  • Internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time Position: 5 Days a Week

  • Flexible remote working hours (with availability for client time zones as required)

  • Initial training hours may be scheduled during standard business hours
