They are seeking a Manager for Digital Solutions who will design, develop, and maintain integration processes, manage existing implementations, and support clients in their digital transformation projects. Responsibilities Hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between 3rd party applications across cloud and/or on premise using 'Dell Boomi AtomSphere' platform or using Workato Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting, and supporting existing integration implementations for our clients Supporting developers and architects in managing and creating design, development, and maintenance documentation related to each client Adapt and implement the methodologies and processes Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal IT partners Manages the development of integration solutions and accountable for development, unit testing, configuration, business readiness, and production support Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP etc.) Ability to work on implementations that execute in an agile fashion Ability to work with customer in understanding the requirements and develop the integration solutions Documenting the client’s system integration and reporting needs Building the integrations and/or configuring the Application programming interface or endpoint connection points where necessary Identifying integration methods – middleware or custom Identifying and building transformation logic by understanding the client requirements and translating requirements into technical outputs. Transformation logic includes, but is not limited to, data cleansing, aggregation, grouping, joins/merges, and elimination Design, develop and deliver integration solutions to customers Resolving integration issues by diagnosing, tracking, and managing the integration process from start to end Designing and customizing the technical testing methodology and performing testing for all integration endpoints and associated data flows to ensure that the integration is up to date and functioning efficiently Producing the final integration deliverable and code base and/or technical integration platform solutions (e.g., Workato recipe, MuleSoft solution, Dell Boomi script). Converting to the production environment and performing follow-up testing to finalize system configuration Performing change management support for stakeholders so all end-users understand the solution and can troubleshoot or adjust configurations as needed Help mentor Integration architects and Integration developer Able to run SIT’s and UAT’s individually and able to create remediation reports Skills 7+ years of software development experience 3+ years of experience in iPaaS integration technologies and complete implementation experience of Workato / Dell Boomi integration with NetSuite or Salesforce platform or any other major cloud-based platforms Integration experience Experience working with SaaS-based products and technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI and JSON Demonstrates knowledge in SOA, API, Web-Services, Message-oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies Understands Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite integration methods?
