Job Summary:
Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote eCommerce Order Processing Executive to manage and execute online order fulfillment processes with accuracy and efficiency. As part of our dynamic eCommerce operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners, updating inventory, and resolving order-related issues. This position is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, customer-centric, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming eCommerce orders across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, and others.
Ensure order accuracy by verifying product SKUs, quantities, payment confirmations, and shipping details.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and courier partners to track shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and alert the appropriate teams about low-stock or out-of-stock situations.
Resolve customer order issues such as returns, refunds, delivery delays, and product availability queries.
Maintain order logs, reports, and records using Excel/Google Sheets and order management tools.
Assist with creating invoices and shipment labels.
Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, customer support) for seamless operations.
Identify process improvement areas and contribute to the optimization of eCommerce workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
