Based in Beverly Hills, Breakpoint is a premier, Black and LGBTQ+ owned boutique agency. We are licensed, bonded, and known for developing "road-tested" talent across both music and comedy. The Program • Dates May 27th, 2026 – August 19th, 2026 (12 Weeks) • Format 100% Remote (U.S. Citizens only) • Commitment 8–12 hours/week (including 2 hours of mandatory syncs) The Opportunity This isn't a "get the coffee" internship. You will work directly as a Talent Agent Assistant, contributing to real-world operations and revenue generation. • Booking & Ops Master industry-standard software, assist with contracts, manage calendars, and help agents organize. • A&R / Lead Gen Conduct deep-dive research to identify the next generation of headliners. • Digital Strategy Database maintenance, social media, marketing, ticket reporting • Live Experience Opportunities to attend live shows and assist with on-site coordination. What We’re Looking For We need high-energy self-starters who are tech-savvy (Google Workspace is a must) and obsessed with detail. You must have a laptop, access to the Internet, a smartphone, and a "camera-on" mindset. A mobile phone by itself is not sufficient. The Career Pathway We don’t just train interns; we build agents.
