Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to all State and Federal Laws. • Assist owners in understanding the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts. • Perform collection activities in accordance with company and Federal regulations, aiming to maintain acceptable delinquency percentages. • Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators. • Handle correspondence and payments received in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner. • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to owner accounts and request skip tracing when necessary. • Assist other members of the collections staff with daily processes and procedures as required. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Entry Level Collector, you'll need: • A High School diploma or GED. • At least 1+ year of experience in a related area, such as customer service or collections. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • The ability to meet federal and state licensure requirements. • A flexible schedule, available to work Monday to Saturday from 8am to 11pm. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: • Over 2+ years of related experience in collections or a similar field. • Experience in 3rd party collections. • Skip tracing experience. • Knowledge or experience within the timeshare industry.
