They are looking for an Institutional Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with institutional clients in crypto, fintech, and traditional finance. Responsibilities Identify, engage, and build relationships with institutional clients, including banks, payment providers, asset managers, crypto infrastructure providers, and institutional Web3 companies Source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value sponsorships, content partnerships, and commercial agreements Sell BeInCrypto's premium marketing solutions, including research reports, sponsored editorial projects, video integrations, podcasts, newsletters, and event sponsorship opportunities Develop tailored partnership proposals that align client objectives with BeInCrypto's audience, products, and distribution channels Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling opportunities, and recurring partnership agreements Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through HubSpot CRM Represent BeInCrypto at major industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Skills Have at least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, media sales, or commercial roles selling marketing, sponsorship, content, or media solutions to financial or technology companies Have a proven track record of closing high-value deals with institutional clients Have experience working in crypto, blockchain, fintech, financial media, or institutional-facing commercial environments Are confident in outbound sales, negotiations, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement Understand how thought leadership, content marketing, sponsorships, reports, podcasts, and events create value for enterprise clients Have experience working with institutional clients such as banks, payment providers, asset managers, crypto infrastructure companies, or financial technology firms Are willing to travel and attend industry conferences and client meetings across your region Are fluent in English Experience at a leading financial, business, or crypto media company is highly preferred Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn Benefits 100% remote work - no location limits.
