Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for users requesting technical support via phone, email, and remote support tools.

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Assist users with system access, password resets, and account management.

  • Provide guidance on standard IT procedures, tools, and applications.

  • Log, track, and update support tickets in accordance with company service standards.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT professionals or relevant departments.
