Location: Southlake, TX - Remote - Must be able to work CST hours

Base Pay: $40,000-$45,000 annually based on experience

Total Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually with top producers hitting above $150,000 per year

Bonuses: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses

Leads: Warm data leads, in house lead-gen, live call transfers, mailers

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST with an hour lunch

Description: A heavy-hitting Allstate agency out of Southlake, TX is looking to aggressively expand their remote sales team! As a Remote Licensed Sales Agent, you will engage with prospective clients, quote and bind policies, build rapport and relationships, and help grow the agency as well as your income!

Remote Licensed Sales Agent

Requirements:

  • Must have valid Property and Casualty License for your resident state
  • At least 1 year of prior Allstate sales experience
  • Production level of at least 30 items per month
  • Be adept at working with technology
  • Eager to learn and grow

Bonus points:

  • Life and Health license as well as P&C
  • Licensing for TX and/or TX resident
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking
  • Prior remote experience
