Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact, empathetic 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions tailored to individuals experiencing major life resets, divorce, or complex family transitions.
  • Guide clients through objective goal-setting, accountability frameworks, and actionable strategies to build resilience.
  • Utilize our secure platform tools to communicate professionally with clients and log scheduled sessions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to standard professional and ethical coaching boundaries.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable experience in Life Coaching, Relationship/Divorce Coaching, Counseling, or closely related human services fields.
  • Preferred: Active certification from a recognized governing body (e.g., International Coaching Federation [ICF], Certified Divorce Coach [CDC]) or an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating modern web applications, secure client dashboards, and video conferencing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deeply structured, solution-oriented approach to client care.

Compensation Structure:

  • 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission / Revenue Share Only).
  • Expected earning potential ranges from $20 to $120+ per hour, depending on client enrollment tiers and the size of your recurring monthly caseload.
