We are a fast growing online coaching company helping men aged 30-50 build high status Instagram profiles that attract quality women - not a hookup program, not a pickup program. We help high net worth men become the best version of themselves so they can attract the right women naturally. Our clients typically earn $10,000-$20,000 per month and take their dating lives just as seriously as their businesses. We have coached 800+ men and our results speak for themselves.

Our current closer is a woman. She is passionate about this program, believes in what it does for our clients and is thriving on this team. You will be joining a tight knit, high performance environment with direct access to leadership and world class sales training.

We are now looking for a driven, professional and hungry remote closer to grow with us.

The Role

- Full time remote commission based position

- Taking inbound calls with pre qualified applicants who have already shown interest

- Closing high ticket offers at $5,800

- Following a proven sales script with full training provided

- Logging all activity in our CRM and tracking sheets

- Submitting call reviews daily for feedback

- Morning huddles Monday through Friday at 8AM MST

Compensation

- 12% commission on all closed deals

- $696 per unit at $5,800 price point

- OTE $15,000 to $20,000/month

- Monthly bonuses on top of commission

Training and Development

We have direct access to the top sales trainers in the country including Closers.io and the 7 Figure Selling Academy by Cole Gordon. You will be trained, coached and developed at a high level. Daily call reviews, direct feedback and ongoing coaching to help you become elite at what you do.

- Previous high ticket sales or closing experience preferred but not required

- Self-motivated, reliable and takes ownership
