Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth handover and accurate information.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead information, activity notes, and sales pipeline status.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
