The role involves driving new business sales in the mid-market segment and managing relationships with existing customers to enhance revenue growth. Responsibilities Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritize and manage time to achieve sales targets Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services Skills 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market customers Ideally experience in ProServe Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role Strong ability to manage multiple deals and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA is a plus Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Company Overview The world's leading Total Workforce Optimization Platform.
