[Remote] Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will drive revenue growth and expand the company's footprint across independent agencies, owning the full sales cycle and building deep partnerships to accelerate adoption of VideoAmp's advanced measurement and data solutions. Responsibilities Own and grow VideoAmp's commercial footprint across independent agencies, building deep, trust-based partnerships that drive new revenue, renewals, and expansion opportunities Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, including pipeline development, prospecting, pitching, solution alignment, negotiations, and deal closure Craft and deliver a differentiated narrative around VideoAmp's advanced measurement, data, and identity solutions, tailored to agency planning and activation workflows Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations hygiene within Salesforce Build and cultivate senior-level agency relationships, positioning VideoAmp as a trusted strategic partner in measurement and analytics Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Marketing Science, and Data teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong client outcomes Navigate complex deal cycles (6–12+ months), including MSAs, JBPs, commercial negotiations, and multi-solution integration points Continuously deepen technical fluency across measurement methodologies, identity frameworks, data science concepts, and marketing analytics Skills 6+ years of experience in TV, digital video, data, or ad tech sales, with an emphasis on enterprise or agency partnerships Extensive experience selling into national independent agencies, with existing relationships and a history of material revenue impact Proven success closing complex, multi-layered enterprise deals involving measurement, data strategy, or analytics solutions Strong technical acumen across measurement, identity, data strategy, analytics, and ad operations — with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage long sales cycles, and influence senior agency stakeholders with confidence and strategic judgment Experience collaborating cross-functionally to shape deal strategy, align value propositions, and support implementation roadmaps A self-starter with strong communication skills, high EQ, and a consultative approach to selling Passion for continuous learning across product, data science, and marketing science disciplines Collaborative, accountable, and highly motivated — leads through performance and relationship-building, not hierarchy Benefits 100% Commission Variable Equity participation included Discretionary & flexible PTO + Spring, Summer & Winter company breaks Inclusive and comprehensive medical, dental & vision 401(k) with matching · HSA & FSA Paid Maternity & Parental Leave for all family additions Cell phone & wifi reimbursement · Commuter benefits Company Overview VideoAmp is a software and data company that provides measurement and optimization tools for the advertising ecosystem.
