Remote Sales Representative - Sports Minded

Job Summary

AO Aspire is expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our remote sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, and no prior insurance experience is required.

In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, help them understand their life insurance and supplemental benefit options, and guide them through the enrollment process using a proven system.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually to review life insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Educate individuals and families on coverage that fits their needs and budget
  • Work with company-provided warm leads to schedule and conduct appointments
  • Follow a structured sales system and training program
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication
  • Track personal activity, appointments, and performance goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based sales role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Access to a laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and Zoom
  • Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license if not already licensed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:

  • This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary. New agents commonly earn $70,000–$125,000+ annually based on licensing, activity level, consistency, and production. Top performers and leaders may earn significantly more through bonuses, renewals, and management compensation. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on effort, licensing, activity, production, and individual performance.
