As a Senior Data Analyst and Microsoft Power BI Developer, you will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable reporting that supports leadership and operational teams, while building reliable dashboards and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Leadership) to understand reporting needs, data definitions, and business objectives • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that are intuitive, visually clear, and decision-focused • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for optimization • Translate raw data into meaningful insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders • Validate and cross-check datasets and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports • Participate in data quality assurance efforts, identifying discrepancies and troubleshooting data-related issues • Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting logic • Continuously improve existing dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs • Stay current with industry best practices, Power BI features, and emerging data visualization trends Skills • Proven experience as a Data Analyst in Microsoft Power BI (3-5 years) • Strong proficiency in T-SQL for querying, optimizing, transforming, and validating data (Azure SQL Server) (5+ years) • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • PL-400 Certification or higher • Experience working with SaaS or operational data Company Overview • Redlist is a cloud-based, mobile-ready app that eliminates data gaps between managers, teams, and machines.
