REMOTE - Sr Application Architect (OFSAA Technical Lead)

<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Summary:<br><br></strong>The Sr Application Architect (OFSAA Technical Lead) provides the technical vision and direction within an application domain.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and application-level roadmap. </li><li>Design, document, develop and govern frameworks/platforms for consumption by the larger technical delivery organization. </li><li>Be accountable for the creation and evolution of the overall application architecture strategy, its alignment with the Huntington Target State Enterprise Architecture and its usage patterns within the development community. </li><li>Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practices within the application domain in both their delivery organization and the Huntington Enterprise Architecture organization. </li><li>Develop, maintain, and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with HNB’s federated architect program. </li><li>Conduct product/solution evaluations for architectural domain in both their delivery organization and the Huntington Enterprise Architecture organization. </li><li>Mentor technical delivery staff.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.</li><li>7+ years of related experience with OFSAA Application and Infrastructure.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field</li><li>Experience architecting software solutions with demanding requirements such as performance, high availability, reliability, security, etc.</li><li>Understand data and system integration patterns and technologies</li><li>Proficiency in managing large scale efforts</li><li>Understanding of Agile methodologies and how architecture integrates with Agile development teams</li><li>Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication</li><li>Strong conceptual, critical thinking, technical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details</li><li>Articulate and have the ability to meet with high level management to present and/or deliver technical documentation<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Exempt Status: (Yes</strong> = not eligible for overtime pay) (<strong>No</strong> = eligible for overtime pay)<br><br>Yes<br><br><strong>Workplace Type<br><br></strong>Remote<br><br>Our Approach to <strong>Office </strong>Workplace Type<br><br>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.<br><br><strong>Compensation Range<br><br></strong>$102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary<br><br>The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
