Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voto Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior CAD / BIM Specialist to support a large-scale facilities and real estate project. This role will focus on creating, updating, and validating as-built drawings and supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop, update, and maintain as-built drawings for facilities and infrastructure • Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and engineering drawings • Work extensively with AutoCAD and Autodesk tools (Revit preferred) • Support and contribute to BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows • Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility documentation • Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and project teams • Validate and update existing drawings based on real-world site conditions Skills • Strong experience with AutoCAD (must-have) • Experience with Revit / BIM modeling (highly preferred) • Proven experience creating as-built drawings (critical requirement) • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings • Experience with facility layouts, buildings, or infrastructure environments • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Company Overview • Voto Consulting provides professional staffing, consulting, and solutions to all industries including financial services, health care, logistics, retail, energy, etc. It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in North Brunswick, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
