In this role, you will focus on executing market-level organic growth programs aimed at enhancing visibility and acquiring new patients. As an individual contributor, you will be a vital partner to the VP of Market Strategy & Growth, driving initiatives across SEO, content planning, local listings, and social media. Your work will significantly impact the company's organic growth and market positioning. The role also involves collaboration with various stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute market-level organic campaigns and optimization plans aligned to growth priorities.
  • Partner with site operations and Business Development leaders to ensure organic efforts reflect local market dynamics.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of organic initiatives by market/service line.
  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies.
  • Manage organic social channels and day-to-day publishing.
  • Create campaign-specific community announcements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in organic marketing, SEO/content strategy, and/or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating local SEO, content programs, and reputation management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate clinical services into clear, compliant messaging.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors/agencies.
