Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer (Frontend Focus) to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital experiences by designing intuitive user interfaces and implementing responsive front-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life that delight users and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into interactive, high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes.

  • Build user-centric, responsive web interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).

  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of visual and functional elements.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to identify pain points and optimize user flows.

  • Maintain and evolve UI component libraries, ensuring design consistency across products.

  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).

  • Continuously evaluate emerging UI/UX trends and tools to improve design and development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

  • Strong command of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, Vue.js, or Angular.

  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

  • Understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design principles.

  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Front-End Developer, or in a similar role.

  • Experience in delivering responsive, high-performance web applications across devices.

  • Portfolio demonstrating user-first design thinking and frontend implementation.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with availability for core collaboration time between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST.

  • Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability for urgent releases or sprint reviews.
