The RJR Communications Group is seeking a talented and versatile Remote Voice-Over Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Voice-Over Artist, you will be responsible for recording, editing, and delivering high-quality audio from your own professional home studio. We are looking for an individual who possesses an exceptional vocal range, the ability to interpret scripts with nuance and precision, and a keen ear for detail. You will collaborate closely with our production teams, ensuring that your vocal performances align perfectly with our brand's messaging and project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Record and produce professional, high-quality voice-overs for a wide array of projects including commercials, promos, narrations, documentaries, and digital content. • Interpret scripts effectively, conveying the appropriate tone, emotion, and pace to meet creative briefs and brand guidelines. • Edit, mix, and master audio recordings to ensure clarity, consistency, and broadcast-ready quality from your personal home studio. • Collaborate remotely with producers, directors, and sound engineers to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to recordings. • Manage and maintain a professional home recording studio equipped with industry-standard hardware and software to ensure optimal audio capture. • Adhere strictly to project deadlines and delivery schedules, demonstrating reliability and strong time management. • Maintain a versatile vocal range and continually refine skills to adapt to various project styles and client requirements. • Provide multiple takes and variations as requested to offer creative options during the production process. Required Skills • Proven experience as a professional Voice-Over Artist with a strong portfolio/demo reel. • Exceptional vocal talent, clarity, and articulation. • Proficiency in audio recording and editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity). • Access to and expertise in operating a professional home studio setup (condenser microphone, audio interface, acoustically treated space). • Ability to interpret and deliver scripts with varied tones, emotions, and characterizations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork. • Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing broadcast-quality audio. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or a related field. • Familiarity with various Jamaican accents and dialects. • Experience working with a major media or broadcasting company. • Ability to self-direct and troubleshoot audio technical issues effectively. • Experience with voice acting for animation, video games, or e-learning modules.
