In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize workforce schedules for multiple teams to meet operational requirements.

  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to accommodate peak periods, absences, or other fluctuations.

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand scheduling needs and forecast workload demands.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee availability, shifts, and time-off requests.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and contractual obligations regarding working hours.

  • Generate regular reports on workforce utilization, attendance trends, and schedule adherence.

  • Act as the first point of contact for schedule-related queries and provide timely solutions.

  • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
