In addition, this individual will drive key operational strategies during holidays to align with the customer on inventory expectations and optimal replenishment settings that achieve high forecast accuracy, high in-stock metrics, best in class OTIF scores.</p> <p><strong><u>What you'll do</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Retailers to align strategic business objectives and initiatives to drive replenishment strategies by evaluating root cause. Communicate and research PO on-time in-full (OTIF) issues that results in optimized lane, lead time, and ship point constraints</li> <li>Manage modular shipment tracking to ensure seamless execution, providing reports and tracking for Retailers</li> <li>Build and process Walmart Ladder Plans on a weekly basis</li> <li>As subject matter expert in customer supply chain and replenishment, develop joint execution plans that coordinate actions with key stakeholders: Sales Directors, Sales Ops Manager, and customer Replenishment & Supply Chain Teams</li> <li>Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Retailer’s Replenishment teams to assure mutual buy-in for seasonal strategies that drive topline sales and profit</li> <li>Proactively analyze weekly performance and provide action plans to drive sales via GRS settings or policies</li> <li>Maximize in-stock levels while meeting the product turns expectations</li> <li>Utilize Retail Link to provide ad hoc analytical support to drive key programs and replenishment recommendations</li> <li>Deliver exceptional weekly reporting that highlights opportunities and risks</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales Director and Sales Operations Manager by providing timely and accurate customer forecast and replenishment information back into our corporate integrated planning processes</li> <li>Balance customer and internal focus on business issues (i.e., product supply, forecasting, inventory decisions)</li> <li>Collaborate with internal Operations team driving efficiency initiatives</li> <li>Champion innovative ideas and solutions for continuous improvement within the team and the customer</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What you'll bring</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science is preferred, or extensive relevant work experience</li> <li>Keen understanding of and experience in CPG businesses</li> <li>Preferred 3-5+ years' experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales forecasting and inventory management</li> <li>Deep understanding of Walmart's GRS & TMS systems</li> <li>Strong Retail Link (Aspen, Scintilla, NOVA) skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills both oral and written</li> <li>High proficiency in Excel as well as overall analytical background</li> <li>Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that enables & develops relationships across functional stakeholders</li> <li>High level of energy and sense of urgency, strategic thinker, self-starter, strong and effective multi-tasker</li> <li>Located in Bentonville area preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Salary and Other Compensation: </strong>The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
