This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems</li><li>Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity</li><li>Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment</li><li>Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures</li><li>Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors</li><li>Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks</li><li>Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front desk security experience</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure</li><li>Capable of standing and walking for extended periods</li><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Must pass a drug screening and background check<br><br></li></ul><strong>Schedule & Compensation:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Shift: Monday - Friday, 11AM- 3PM</li><li>Pay Rate: $19 per hour</li><li>No parking available<br><br></li></ul>If you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
