Retail Innovation (Merchandising) - Assistant Manager

The incumbent is responsible for retail visibility planning, development and implementation in Open Channel (OC) & Brand Stores. He/She will lead the role of retail innovation from design conceptualization to implementation of retail display solutions that encompasses Shop-In-Shop (SIS) / Smart-Table-Shop (STS) development & ROI evaluation, development of merchandising tools and execution guide across product ranges including new launches, and continuously drive retail display enhancement and innovation.

Key Result Areas Required Outputs/ KPIs

Real Demo Units (RDU) Management

  • Work with respective channel on RDU confirmation
  • Raise RDU in system
  • Work with channel team on arrival of RDU to dealer
  • Follow up on RDU to store level
  • Work with merchandising team to ensure RDU is setup accordingly in store
  • Work with cross functional team like Product team, sell in team to ensure pricing and stock readiness for RDU.
Retail Effectiveness
  • Provide merchandising guide for each product line up
  • Update planogram with new products indicating live demo and mock up requirement
  • Ensure RDU readiness in store before pre order and launch
Retail GTM
  • Plan activation program for Mass Merchant and Operator
  • Work closely with cross functional team on activation program
  • Ensure successful of DX Operator project executed successfully. Activity include plan
  • Store execution plan
  • Plan activation for DX store
  • Managing end to end on POSM deployment
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Retail marketing or Trade Marketing.
  • Good presentation skill, Analytical & Team Player.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team-driven organization.
