About the Role

FMG's Revenue Operations team is growing, and we're looking for a HubSpot-focused systems builder to join us. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems inside systems, building workflows, refining data, automating the tedious stuff, and making revenue and customer teams more effective through better tooling.

You'll work primarily in HubSpot, with substantive ownership in Chargebee (our billing and CPQ platform), close partnership on Make integrations, and meaningful contribution to the reporting and data work we do alongside Finance and BI/Data.

The goal of RevOps at FMG is to drive revenue through efficiency, GTM alignment, and customer retention. We do that by looking holistically across the systems and processes that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, streamlining where we can, and keeping the full revenue motion aligned on clean data and shared workflows. This role is central to that work.

Compensation We are currently offering $80,000-$90,000/year based on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Build and automate in HubSpot. Most of your time will be spent here, designing and building workflows, properties, lifecycle automations, and other system enhancements. You'll work closely with RevOps leadership and stakeholders across the business to translate needs into clean, scalable solutions, and you'll regularly revisit existing workflows to refine and improve them.
  • Run our billing and CPQ system. Chargebee handles our subscriptions, CPQ, and self-service checkout and platform-integrated license management. You'll write and maintain selling rule logic, manage the product and price catalog, and own the CPQ custom flows and integration between HubSpot and Chargebee.
  • Contribute to reporting and data work. You'll build HubSpot reports and dashboards that surface real insight, not just activity. You'll also work alongside Finance and BI on broader reporting and analysis, which means understanding our data model well enough to translate it into use cases and user experience, and to flag when something upstream needs to change.
  • Own integration use cases (without owning Make). Our Integrations Architect designs and builds in Make. You'll own the business logic on the HubSpot side, translating user needs into integration requirements, managing errors that surface in HubSpot, and partnering closely on design decisions.
  • Drive user enablement. Solutions only generate value if users actually adopt them, so enablement is part of the build, not an afterthought. You'll test what you ship, document it clearly, train the teams who use it, and report on engagement and business success metrics so we know what's working and what needs another pass.
  • Present and communicate solutions. You'll regularly present solutions to stakeholder groups in Miro, slide decks, or live demos, translating technical work into something non-technical audiences can engage with and approve.
  • Troubleshoot and document. You'll investigate root causes, implement durable fixes, and document what you find so the next person, including future-you, doesn't have to start over. You'll work directly with HubSpot support, Chargebee support, IT, and external consultants when issues require it.
  • Lean into AI. We expect this role to use AI tools to build faster and smarter, both for your own productivity (workflow logic, troubleshooting, documentation) and for what you build into our systems (HubSpot Breeze, AI-driven automations, agentic workflows). You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious about where AI can compress work and improve outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years building in HubSpot, with hands-on experience designing complex workflows, custom properties, and reporting.
  • Experience managing a CPQ and integrated billing system. Chargebee specifically is a plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building things cleanly rather than patching them together. We want intentional, thorough solutioning, not duct tape.
  • Business-minded curiosity. You ask good questions, understand the "why" behind a request, and push back when something doesn't make sense.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a habit of documenting what you learn.
  • The ability to balance a planned sprint load with occasional last-minute stakeholder needs. Sometimes an executive needs a new property for board reporting and we won't make them wait, but we also won't let that derail the optimization project already in flight. You'll need judgment about when to flex and when to hold the line.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present solutions to stakeholder groups in Miro, slide decks, or live demos. You'll work across teams that don't always share your technical vocabulary.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of how you work and what you build.
  • Experience with Make, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus, but not required.

If you like building in HubSpot, you're energized by clean systems and good data, and you want to do work that actually drives revenue, we'd love to hear from you.

At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences. We strive to foster an environment that allows everyone to contribute to our mission in their unique ways. With the belief that diversity propels innovation, we are continually finding ways to cultivate a commitment to inclusion in our employees, services, and products, as well as in the communities in which we live and work.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, and genetic information.  If you require accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact peopleteam@fmgsuite.com.
