If you wish to innovate on behalf of customers, are passionate about driving compliance, reducing risks, and making an impact on society, come join our team and make history!<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Assist Amazon transportation stakeholders (e.g., risk partners and business leaders) with identifying and managing potential risks (e.g., regulatory, operational, or reputational) in their core processes that if left untreated could impact strategic objectives.</li><li> Apply risk management framework to Amazon transportation programs and influence the product landscape for audit and controls.</li><li> Identify and address gaps in risk coverage through meticulous data analysis and awareness of emerging risks.</li><li> Collaborate with the team to continuously improve metrics calculations, tools, methodologies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other essential components, driving excellence in all aspects of our operations.</li><li> Lead and support teams in responding to, investigating, managing and resolving high-impact incidents and escalations.</li><li> Analyze existing policy and process gaps, and develop solutions to close them.</li><li> Own and/or manage projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency. This will include accessing and analyzing data and working extensively with external teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience</li><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li> Experience handling confidential information</li><li> Experience with SQL and Excel</li><li> 2+ years of experience developing, validating, and improving risk models related to transactional or transportation risks, preferably in a logistics, e-commerce, or financial services environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience</li><li> Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials</li><li> Experience working with threat intelligence platforms and methodologies, demonstrating the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence related to emerging threats. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
