The company van will act as your traveling office and warehouse. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm. You will be reporting directly into the National Service Manager. </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Service calls;</strong> Complete service calls and work orders as requested including accurate labour costs, data entry, issuing and tracking inventory, transporting equipment, repairing machine issues, and maintaining/ refurbishing used equipment when necessary. </li> <li><strong>Maintenance;</strong> Ensure service van is in safe operating condition. Restock inventory in van as necessary ensuring adequate parts and tools levels. </li> <li><strong>Reporting;</strong> Update and maintain accurate records of inventory, work orders, equipment, and maintenance schedules. </li> <li><strong>Inquiries;</strong> respond in a timely manner to all inquiries and provide information regarding the status of repairs and equipment. </li> <li><strong>Travel;</strong> 40% local travel and 60% travel larger region within a 250KM radius. Flexibility to respond to business needs which may include 10% overtime a month. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, maintenance, or repair roles.</li> <li>Maintain a valid drivers license in good standing to operate company van. </li> <li>Tech savvy with the ability to easily navigate computer systems and technologies. Ability to comprehend service manuals and schematics for all service equipment. </li> <li>Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all clients, internal departments and vendors.
