Sales Development Rep (SDR) — Commission Only | Remote | Flexible Hours

About ServiceSpark

ServiceSpark is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform built specifically for plumbing companies. Our founder has 5+ years of experience as a director of paid search at one of the top digital marketing agencies in the home services industry.

We build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for plumbing companies — including custom landing pages, call tracking, click fraud protection, and daily optimization. We're currently offering a free 90-day beta program to build case studies, and we're looking for motivated salespeople to help us grow.

---

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Rep to make outbound cold calls to plumbing company owners across the US. Your job is to introduce ServiceSpark, qualify the prospect, and either close them or book a follow-up call with our founder.

This is a commission-only, remote position with completely flexible hours. You set your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. The more calls you make, the more you can potentially earn.

---

What You'll Do

- Make outbound cold calls to plumbing company owners nationwide

- Introduce ServiceSpark's free 90-day beta offer and paid services

- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria (services, location, budget, current marketing)

- Book follow-up calls or close prospects directly

- Log all call activity and outcomes in our prospect tracker

- Collaborate with the founder on messaging and strategy

---

What You'll Earn

This is a commission-only position. You earn money when you bring in clients:

Beta Clients (free 90-day trial):

- $100 per client who signs the agreement and submits the onboarding questionnaire

Paying Clients (standard pricing):

- $250 upfront when the client signs on

- $50/month recurring bonus for up to 5 months if the client stays active

- Total potential: up to $500 per paying client

Commissions are paid as soon as possible after a client is confirmed, typically within 1-3 business days.

---

What We Provide

- Prospect lists and lead sourcing tools

- Sales scripts and call openers (use ours or develop your own)

- One-pagers, video walkthroughs, and marketing materials

- Training on the product and the plumbing industry

- Direct access to the founder for questions and support

---

What We're Looking For

- Sales experience preferred but not required — attitude matters more than resume

- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection

- Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision

- Reliable phone and internet access

- Professional and friendly phone presence

- Interested in learning about digital marketing and the home services industry

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or cold calling

- Familiarity with Google Ads or digital marketing

- Experience selling to small business owners or tradespeople

---

Details

- Type: Independent contractor (1099)

- Location: Remote (US-based preferred for timezone alignment)

- Hours: Completely flexible — set your own schedule

- Commitment: Month-to-month, no minimum hours required

- Start: Immediately

---
